SIA “L&A darbnīca” nodrošina pilna cikla augstas precizitātes CNC metālapstrādi, nestandarta mehānisko detaļu izgatavošanu, prototipu izstrādi un sērijveida ražošanu Rīgā (Starta ielā 3G). Strādājam pēc klientu rasējumiem, 3D CAD (STEP/IGES/DXF) modeļiem vai esošiem detaļu paraugiem, nodrošinot precīzu ģeometriju un stingru kvalitātes kontroli.

  • 3 un 4 asu CNC frēzēšana: Sarežģītu detaļu un korpusu apstrāde ar Haas VF-2SSYT un Haas VF-4 (ar HRT210 4. asi) apstrādes centriem.
  • Daudzasu CNC virpošana (Mill-Turn): Augstas precizitātes virpošanas un frēzēšanas operācijas vienā uzstādījumā ar Nakamura-Tome AS-200L (ar aktīvo instrumentu un C-asi) un Monforts RNC 4 iekārtām.
